Meal Prep Idea: Ema Datchi with Sausages, Buckwheat and Kale and Courgettes

Recipe: Ema Datchi

Ingredient: Buckwheat

Kale was fried in olive oil for about 3 minutes

Courgettes were roasted in the oven with salt and olive oil

All this was ready in less than 45 minutes!
