This is another favourite breakfast item (also served it as a dessert after dinner) of mine. Very quick to make, these gorgeous little cheesecakes will keep you full till lunchtime!
For this – I suggest you try to find authentic Russian or Polish tvorog (or tworog) in a local Polish or Eastern European shop. Tesco and Sainsbury’s also sell tvorog. Full fat will taste better, but low fat will do too!
For 250g of tvorog, you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- An egg
Simply mix it all together and make little patties – coat them in a little bit of flour – fry in a little butter till golden. Done!
Serve with berries, yoghurt, maple syrup or whatever else you fancy!
