Honestly, it’s that easy. Then you can just store your meals in some nice containers and keep them chilled in your fridge for 3 days or so. If you want to keep them longer, you can always freeze them the day you make them and then take them out of the freezer and put them into the fridge the night before you eat them.
The aim of this blog is to provide you with lots of recipes which are meal prep suitable and mostly healthy. Some will not be healthy at all though – just really tasty. But hey – everything in moderation.
